Health screening to be suspended July 1 on Cedar Rapid Airport
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Commissioners from The Cedar Rapids Airport unanimously agreed to suspend the Travel Well health screening service on July 1.
In January, CID launched the program as a prevention of the spread of coronavirus. This type of screening was first implemented by CID.
A total of 102,000 passengers and airport employees went through the screening program.
According to an online survey, 97% of the passengers said that the screening made them feel comfortable.
