Weekend shooting victim identified
Waterloo, Iowa – The man who died after a shooting in Waterloo is identified.
Officers were dispatched at the area of West 4th and Jefferson after a call.
First responders heard gunshots and saw people running near the 300 block of West 4th.
Police officers found 27-year-old Davonta Sellers lying on the ground with an obvious gunshot wound. He later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
No arrest have been made in connection to this case.
Anyone who has information about the shooting incident is asked to call Waterloo Police at 319-291-4340.
