Balloon Glow coming back in Cedar Rapids for Freedom Festival
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – As part of this year’s Freedom Festival, the Balloon Glow is coming back to Cedar Rapids on Tuesday night.
The Freedom Festival was not held last year because of the pandemic.
The event will begin with kites this year, accompanied by balloons rising shortly before dusk.
According to organizers, pre-sale tickets were sold out and no walk-ups will be allowed.
