The city of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, has been recognized as one of the greatest locations to live in the Midwest
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – According to the website Livability.com, Cedar Rapids and Iowa City are two of the Top 25 Best Places to Live in the Midwest for the year 2024.
11th place was awarded to Cedar Rapids. After a few positions, Iowa City came in at number seventeen.
An algorithm is used to compare eight different factors against one another in order to pick the 100 best locations to live. The rankings are centered on cities that are small to medium in size and have between 75,000 and 500,000 citizens.
These eight categories are as follows: the economy, housing and the cost of living, amenities, transportation, the environment, safety, education, and health.
It is said on the website Livability.com that Cedar Rapids has achieved its position due to the fact that it is affordable, inclusive, and innovative.
A portion of Iowa City’s ranking can be attributed to the city’s thriving artistic community, its medical car, its safe neighborhoods, and its schools.
