Arlington’s Junior League and Glass Slipper Boutique give away hundreds of prom dresses to high school girls
The prom season has arrived, and the Junior League of Arlington is poised to make a difference by ensuring that every young woman in Arlington Independent School District (ISD) is prepared for the occasion. The Junior League of Arlington and the Glass Slipper Boutique are joining hands to organize an exceptional event where hundreds of free prom dresses and accessories will be given away to those in need.
The Junior League of Arlington is set to break records this year, offering free prom dresses to a staggering 250 girls who have already signed up, an incredible leap from the 60 dresses given out previously. With a vast inventory of about 1,000 new and gently used dresses, the boutique will extend its reach beyond the boundaries of Arlington ISD to neighboring districts.
The Glass Slipper Boutique giveaway is scheduled for two days, Friday and Saturday, and to participate, attendees must register for a time slot. Every girl deserves to feel confident and special at prom, and the Junior League of Arlington is making sure that all young women have the opportunity to shine on their special day.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 1st, and get ready to shop the Glass Slipper Boutique hosted by the Junior League of Arlington, where you will find the perfect dress to create memories that will last a lifetime.
