Cedar Rapids police looking for victim of shooting in March

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids police are renewing calls for information from the public on a shooting at a local gas station on March 2.
According to investigators, the victim was parked at a gas pump when the suspect approached the car at the Kum & Go located at 30 Four Oaks Dr. SW at about 8:41 p.m.
That’s when police say the suspect fired a gun, hitting the front passenger window. The victim was not hurt.
Two pictures released by investigators show the victim of the shooting, who they are still trying to speak with after leaving the scene.
Police are asking the victim or anyone who can identify the victim to call police at (319) 286-5457 or Linn County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CS-CRIME (272-7463) or text CRIMES (274637) and in the message/subject, type 5227 and your tip.
