$50,000 lottery prize claimed in Cedar Rapids
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – A woman from Cedar Rapids won the lottery prize of $50,000 in the “Baseball Winnings” scratch game.
The winning ticket was purchased at Kwik Star, 4141 Center Pointe Road NE in Cedar Rapids
The prize was claimed at the Iowa Lottery’s regional office in Cedar Rapids on May 25th.
Baseball Winnings was a $5 scratch game with a 1 in 3.71 chance of winning. When the last top prize in a scratch game is claimed, distribution ceases and the game is removed from store shelves.
