$75,000 lottery prize won in Cedar Rapids
Cedar Rapids, Iowa – Last week, a man from Cedar Rapids won $75,000 in lottery winnings.
Wiley Tuley won the prizes in the Pick 4 drawing on October 6th evening by matching all four numbers on all four of his plays in the exact order drawn: 7-3-2-5.
Two $5 straight plays, a $2 straight play, and a 50 cent straight play were among the wagers he made.
Tuley bought his winning ticket at Kwik Star in Cedar Rapids, 4141 Center Point Road NE.
Pick 4, which has been available in Iowa since September 2003, offers a 1 in 10,000 chance of winning the $30,000 top prize. It has a number of different play choices and bets ranging from 50 cents to $5 for the opportunity to match a four-digit number combination ranging from 0000 to 9999.
