Man killed after hitting a deer in Warren County
Warren County, Iowa – A vehicle struck and killed an Iowa City man on I-35 Friday night after he pulled over after hitting a deer.
In Warren County, it happened about 7:25 p.m. on Friday. After the driver, 66-year-old Michael Kohli, hit a deer, Steven Kohli, 69, got out of the damaged car.
A car driven by Terrence Sack of Minnesota collided with Kohli as he was checking the damage. Steven Kohli was declared dead on the spot.
There’s no news yet on whether the collision will result in charges.
