Fire damages southeast Cedar Rapids home
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – No one was injured after a housefire in southeast Cedar Rapids Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded to the home in the 2000 block of Eastern Boulevard Southeast at about 1:30 p.m. Firefighters were able to contain the fire to a second-floor bedroom.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
