Kennedy Mall in Dubuque will welcome five new shops this fall
Dubuque, Iowa – The Kennedy Mall will welcome five new companies this year.
Another department store will shortly open in the biggest retail center in Dubuque. World Earth Superstore, which is scheduled to open in December, will occupy a two-story, over 66,000 square-foot facility and include a café, men’s and women’s clothing, furnishings, makeup, and toys.
According to Greater Dubuque Development President & CEO Rick Dickinson, the addition was made at a time when other shopping malls were having difficulty.
According to Dickinson, “big box retail and brick and mortar retail stores are not in a growth mode.” “You are defying the trend line when you do anything that makes your community stronger.”
This autumn, D’Or24K, Perfume Aura, Exotic Snack Guys, and Bubbles Boba Tea will all make their Kennedy Mall debuts.
According to Joe Bell, Head of Marketing at Kennedy Mall, “people will always need to get out, see the merchandise, try it on for size, and feel it.” “We like to accommodate the fact that many people visit retail establishments purely for the purpose of socializing,” the statement reads.
As “we’re going to be seeing some new announcements in the next year or so that’ll be very exciting,” Bell anticipates that Kennedy Mall’s recent additions will set off a new trend.
