Country music is slowly making a return to Eastern Iowa!

If you’re in need of some live country music, you have a couple of options this month! The first of two March concerts is coming up this Saturday.

Lee Brice, with opening act Kameron Marlowe, is set to perform at the Five Flags Center in Dubuque on Saturday, March 13th at 7 p.m. This will be Lee’s first show at the venue since 2018, and the first arena concert at the Five Flags Center since March of last year. A new article from KCRG says that ticket sales for the performance are capped at 50 percent to help with social distancing, and that masks will be required at the venue.

Tickets are still available for Saturday’s show starting at $33.

Don’t forget! There is another country show happening right here in Cedar Rapids in a couple of weeks. Eli Young Band will be at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse in Downtown Cedar Rapids on Wednesday, March 24th at 8 p.m. Tickets for the show are being sold in pods of 2, 3, 4, or 5. In addition to pod seating, there are also a few other new rules due to COVID-19. Only clear purses/bags are allowed, and masks are required at all times, unless you are actively eating or drinking. Tickets for the concert are still on sale and start at just $22.

We’re so happy to see live concerts returning to the area!
