New restaurant to open in Cedar Rapids

Cedar Rapids, Iowa – This autumn, a new Barrel House restaurant will open in downtown Cedar Rapids.
The restaurant, which is set to debut in October, will take over the location left by La Cantina Bar & Grill at 201 1st Avenue.
Barrel House previously announced the opening of a new Marion site at 295 Tower Terrace Road.
Jimmy Holt, the owner of Barrel House, stated that he has witnessed the impact of the epidemic on downtown Cedar Rapids, but the franchise sees an opportunity to be at the forefront of the recovery and hopes others will follow.
