Public help needed in locating a missing man
Waterloo, Iowa – Waterloo police appealed to the public, asking for help in locating a man who went missing.
On Sunday, July 24, Steven Dale Parker’s relatives notified authorities that he had been missing. Authorities provided a description of Parker, saying he is a 5’8’’ tall white man weighing 160 pounds and has blue eyes, gray hair, and a distinctive mustache.
He has been living on the streets in the area of Ansborough and Home Park Blvd.
Anyone with information on Parker’s location is asked to call the Black Hawk County Dispatch Center at 319-291-2515 or the Waterloo Police Department at 319-291-4340.
