Small business entrepreneurs benefit from MERGE Iowa City upgrades and new resources
Iowa City, Iowa – Renovating the building has improved their ability to assist startup companies, according to a nonprofit organization in Iowa City.
Johnson County company owners have access to networking opportunities and office space at The MERGE Iowa City.
The proprietor of Time Machine Print, Ian Castillo, said, “I can kind of focus on a niche that I think is not only serving me but other creatives.”
In the latter part of this month, Castillo intends to open his new internet bookstore.
According to him, it would be difficult to locate them in a typical or traditional bookshop.
At MERGE Iowa City, he completed all of his job. Reviving its presence on the Pedmall and adding additional volunteer resources, the organization that specializes in supporting small, startup enterprises invested thousands of dollars.
As stated by Connor Gast, the manager of the co-working spaces, “We’re just getting started, but it will have HR, Finance, and IT all in one central hub.”
Gast stated that the addition of 208 people would result from the upgrades and that the resources would only make new start-ups more prosperous.
“They possess excellent insight, as they were all once entrepreneurs,” he remarked.
Castillo said this was what was required to encourage even more small enterprises, and he planned to open in the upcoming weeks.
Castillo stated that it is always a welcome opportunity to assist a business owner in expediting their progress.
Later on in the following month, the second stage of the improvements will begin.
