Waterloo Mayor says city will follow CDC mask guidelines

Waterloo Quentin Hart signed a proclamation Friday for the city to fall in line with the updated mask guidelines from the CDC.
According to the new guidelines fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting except where required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and workplace guidance.
