The Cedar Rapids Police Department says they have arrested a man for armed robbery.

Officers responded to the report in the 1600 block of C Avenue NW on Thursday, April 8 at 12:30 p.m. When they arrived a 24-year-old man was able to provide officers with a description of the suspect and the direction he went in.
