Cedar Rapids Police Investigating After Body Found Along I-380
The Cedar Rapids Police Department stated in a press release Tuesday that they are conducting an investigation after a body was found along I-380.
According to the release, an Iowa Department of Transportation employee found a deceased body “alongside Interstate 380 southbound near Wright Brothers Boulevard SW”. Officers were dispatched to the area Monday, September 28 at 3:52 p.m. where they found an adult female.
