Coggon home a total loss after fire, no injuries reported
COGGON, Iowa — The Linn County Sheriff’s Office says a house is a total loss after a fire.
It happened Monday, February 15, just after noon, on the 5000 block of Clausen Lane in Coggon
Multiple surrounding fire departments responded and when arrived they found the home fully engulfed in flames.
The property owner was able to get herself, her two children, and pets out of the flames with no injuries.
The home is considered a total loss and the cause remains under investigation.
