One man hurt in Cedar Rapids shooting
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Cedar Rapids Police are investigating a shooting that happened in the city.
In a release sent to KWWL Saturday morning, they said they were alerted of a gunshot victim at St. Luke’s Hospital around 3:49 a.m.
They determined the incident happened in the 2100 block of North Towne Ct. NE. They also found shell casings there.
A 31-year-old man was wounded, but his injuries were non-life threatening.
At this time, police have not made any arrests. The investigation is ongoing.
