One person airlifted for unspecific injuries after an accident between bicycle and vehicle
Buchanan County, Iowa – The Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office responded at the 2800 block of Quasqueton Avenue to a 911 call of bicycle and vehicle accident around 8:10 a.m. on Wednesday.
LifeGuard Air ambulance has airlifted one person who suffered injuries following the accident. He was transported to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The condition of the person is unknown at this moment.
Buchanan County Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted at the scene by Area Ambulance Service personnel, Quasqueton Fire Department and Iowa State Patrol.
Investigation about the accident is ongoing.
