Cedar Rapids Police asks help in locating missing woman



Cedar Rapids, Iowa – A woman went missing and an Operation Quickfind has been issued by the Cedar Rapids Police.

The 39-year-old Towanda Morrow was reported missing the last time she was seen on August 26th in the 3000 block of 20th Avenue SW in Cedar Rapids around 2 P.M., and she has not been heard from anyone since then.

Morrow is a black woman who stands 5’9″ tall and weighs 230 pounds. She had a heart tattoo on her right leg, and no clothing descriptions were given.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Cedar Rapids Police Department.
