Elderly woman hospitalized after accident

Robins, Iowa – On Wednesday morning, a woman was hurt after colliding with another vehicle.
The crash happened in the 3000 block of County Home Road, which is currently under construction.
Nancy Krauth, 91, was driving westbound and didn’t notice the flagger instructing vehicles to slow down, according to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office.
Krauth collided with the automobile in front of her, which had stopped for the flagger.
Krauth was hospitalized with injuries that are not considered to be life-threatening.
Only two vehicles were involved in the accident and no other injuries were reported.
