At the celebration, hosted by Freedom Foundation, veterans and their families enjoyed with live music and free food and drinks. This is the third year the event has taken place.

“This is our small way of saying thank you to the veterans for what they have given all of us and this event would not be possible without our sponsors, all of the volunteers but this event is for the veterans,” said Lexi Coberly, executive director for the foundation.

Around 150 people gather at the event in previous years.
